1. Who we are

2. What JACKAL is, and is not
JACKAL is a digital self-knowledge tool. You answer a guided written interview and receive a structured reading of how you think, decide, learn, and work.
JACKAL is not a personality test, and it is not medical, clinical, psychological, or diagnostic. The reading is an inferred hypothesis about your patterns, not a verdict, not professional advice, and not a score against other people. Do not use it as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use JACKAL.
4. The product and the price
JACKAL Deep is a one-time digital purchase of $129, shown in your local currency at checkout through Paddle. It includes the dynamic interview sitting and a downloadable reading. It is not a subscription, and there is no account to create. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. (Draft note for review: confirm the final Deep price and currency before publishing.)
5. Acceptable use
Use JACKAL for yourself, honestly. Do not attempt to break, probe, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it to harm others or to make decisions about other people without a lawful basis.
6. Who owns what
Your answers and the reading produced for you are yours. The JACKAL engine, method, framework, prompts, and underlying materials remain ours. Buying a reading does not transfer any rights in the engine or method to you.
7. Honest limits
JACKAL infers patterns from short written text, which has real limits. The engine will refuse to deliver a reading when the signal is too thin to be honest. We provide the service as is, and we do not guarantee that a reading will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of JACKAL, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your reading.
9. Payment
Payment is processed by Paddle, which acts as our merchant of record and the seller of record for your purchase. Paddle's own terms also apply to the transaction. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes fall under the Norwegian courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
