Refund Policy
JACKAL Deep is a one-time digital product that is delivered to you as soon as your sitting is complete.

Digital delivery and your EU withdrawal right
Under EU and EEA consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery has begun, if you have asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right.
When you buy JACKAL Deep and start your sitting, you are requesting immediate delivery of the digital reading and you acknowledge that, once the reading has been delivered, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies. You confirm this at checkout.
When we will refund
We want you to feel the price was honest. We will give a full refund if:
- A technical fault on our side prevented your sitting from completing or your reading from being delivered, or
- You were charged in error, for example a duplicate payment.
If JACKAL declined to deliver a reading because the signal was too thin (our refusal-to-deliver design), you were not charged for a delivered reading, and any payment taken in that case is refunded.
How to request a refund
Email support@projectjackal.com with your purchase details within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record, back to your original payment method.
Goodwill
Outside the cases above, refunds for a completed and delivered reading are at our discretion, but we read every request and we would rather have a fair customer than a technical win.
