Terms
This is a placeholder. Final terms will be drafted by a Norwegian lawyer with consumer-law experience before any paid launch. Here is the doctrine.
What you buy
JIK_Lite. An adaptive interview of about fifteen minutes and a JIK report in three formats (web, PDF, JSON). Permanent ownership. You can delete your report at any time.
What JACKAL is not
JACKAL is not a personality test, not a diagnosis, not clinically validated, not a selection or ranking instrument. You are the final authority on what the patterns mean for you.
Age
JACKAL is for adults 18+. We do not sell to, and do not permit, minors to take the interview.
Price and payment
$59 USD / 599 NOK / €54 EUR one-time, or $39 USD annual re-interview subscription. Payment is handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record), which manages VAT and invoicing.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Norwegian and EU consumer law. When you start the interview, you explicitly consent to immediate service delivery, which waives the right of withdrawal. You may still request deletion of all data at any time.
License of use
You own your JIK. You can read it, share it, export it, feed it into other tools. We hold no rights over your JIK. The framework itself (T/S/K, JIK structure) is our intellectual property.
Prohibited uses
Your JIK cannot be used as a basis for hiring, firing, school admissions, clinical diagnosis, or ranking of persons. This is permanently locked in the product and in the license terms.
Limitation of liability
JACKAL delivers a reflection instrument. We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of your JIK. You are the final authority.
Changes
Changes are notified by email. Material changes give you a right to terminate and seek refund within 30 days.
Dispute resolution
Norwegian law applies. Consumer disputes may be brought to the Forbrukertilsynet (Norwegian Consumer Authority).
